Fire Alarms

While we can handle many other types of work, fire alarms are our original specialty. We have installed small riser monitoring systems, and we have replaced entire fire alarm systems in 1 million square foot facilities. We have worked on many types of proprietary systems as needed, but our bread and butter systems are Honeywell Silent Knight and Firelite. We have worked in a variety of environments, including many bourbon warehouses (C1D2 and H-3 hazardous explosion proof). We specialize in design build! Surveillance Camera Solutions

We can install small localized systems with a few IP cameras and a NVR recorder, but we also specialize in live monitored surveillance solutions. We can create a geofence of your property through analytics and live monitoring services. We provide this service to many storage facilities. For example, we can detect humans or vehicles during non-business hours and have a live agent make a judgement call to see if they should respond. They can then speak to the intruder via a paging horn, saying something specific such as 'Hey you in the blue shirt, you are trespassing. If you do not leave immediately the police will be dispatched' and obviously call the police if needed. We gather data based on the number of events, and our system is proven to make a difference, at a fraction of the cost of onsite security. While many of these services on our website are overlapping and may seem obvious, we want to make it clear that we have handled large quality data cabling projects as well. Some low voltage shops are more 'smarts and parts' which means the customer has to source an electrician to install the wiring, but Versys can provide turn key solutions. Industrial Controls & Building Automation

This subject covers a wide array of possibilities so we will keep this short, feel free to reach out for more info. We can install environmental sensors (temp, humidity, ethanol, etc), and have programmed reactions to those sensors. Or we can make a fire alarm shut down HVLV fans, open/close louvers. We have installed gas detection systems that integrated into series of exhaust fans and louvers depending upon the gas levels.
